Payment terms

Payment methods

The following payment methods are available in our online shop:

The payment methods available for your order are shown in the checkout. We do not offer cash on delivery, prepayment by bank transfer or cash payment.

Due date

The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract. For payments by credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal, your account is charged when the order is completed. For payments with Klarna, the payment terms of the Klarna option chosen apply.

Notes on individual payment methods

Credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay

Payments are processed through Shopify Payments. Your card details are transmitted in encrypted form directly to the payment service provider; we do not store complete card details ourselves. For your security, your bank may require additional authentication (e.g. 3-D Secure). With Shop Pay you can save your payment and delivery details with Shopify for future purchases.

PayPal

You are redirected to PayPal in the checkout and confirm the payment there with your PayPal account. PayPal's terms of use apply.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer payment with Klarna, for example Pay now, purchase on invoice or instalments. The Klarna options offered to you are shown in the checkout. For purchase on invoice or instalments, payment is made to Klarna. Klarna carries out an identity and credit check for this purpose and may decline a payment method. Klarna's terms of use apply and are shown to you in the checkout. Information on data processing by Klarna can be found in our privacy policy.

Currency and VAT

All prices are in euros (EUR) and include the statutory VAT of the country of delivery (Germany 19%, Austria 20%). The final price is the same for deliveries to Germany and Austria.

Invoice

You will receive your invoice as a PDF by email. If you have created a customer account, you can also view your orders there.

Discount codes and gift cards

You can redeem discount codes and gift cards in the checkout in the “Discount code or gift card” field. You can pay for your order in whole or in part with a gift card; any remaining amount is paid using one of the payment methods listed above. The conditions can be found in § 12 of our general terms and conditions.

Refunds

Refunds, for example after a withdrawal or return, are made using the payment method you used for the order. For purchase on invoice via Klarna, your outstanding invoice is reduced accordingly or any amount already paid is refunded by Klarna. If you paid with a gift card, we credit the amount back to the gift card.

Late payment

For consumers, the statutory rules apply in the event of late payment. As against businesses, we are entitled to charge default interest of nine percentage points above the base rate and a flat fee of EUR 40 (§ 288(2) and (5) BGB).
