WS in the name stands for WINDSTOPPER® by GORE-TEX LABS: totally windproof and highly breathable, ideal for dry, cold days. AS® means Aquashield®, waterproof and windproof for wet weather. For rain, sleet and frost there are models with GORE-TEX (GTX) and GORE Plus Warm. PR indicates additional PrimaLoft® insulation.
Details that count in winter
Almost all models are touchscreen compatible, so you can use your sat nav and smartphone without taking your gloves off. Reflective elements make your hand signals visible in the dark, while gel padding and a grippy palm give you hold on the handlebars. Lobster models are the warmest in hard frost.
